Vendor Information

Vendors can arrive and begin setting up anytime on Friday. Attendees will likely start arriving around 3pm for the tack sale, so Noon is a good targeted time for vendor arrival. You'll be directed to your place in the venue.

The venue is indoors in an area setting.

​

Tables are available for $6, and chairs for $1. You may also bring your own. 

​

There is no electric provided at the spaces. Some vendor spaces are against walls, and others are out in the open, back-to-back.

We anticipate 1000-1500 in attendance.

There is food available on-site which goes to benefits.
