All horses must have Coggins papers within 6 month of the sale date and health papers within 30 days of sale date! Any buyer of a bred mare who is uncertain of her being in foal must have her vet checked before leaving the grounds. If she is in foal, the cost of checking is the responsibility of the buyer. If the mare is not in foal, the cost of check-ing is the responsibility of the seller.

All consigners are responsible for their own feed and hay. The first bedding will be supplied by the sale. More bedding will be available. If you need hay and feed, please contact the committee.

All consignments are required to be registered! All original papers and signed transfers must be in place before the horse goes into the sale ring. Horses will sell in cataloged order. Horses will be transferred to the person indicated on the slip. The cost of transferring to new ownership will be paid by the consigners. Title passes at the fall of the auctioneer’s hammer, at which time all risks and responsibilities for the horse pass to the buyer. All sales are final!

All consignments must have new halter and lead rope. Otherwise, the sale committee will supply one and charge the seller. No horse will be allowed to leave the grounds without a check-out slip. All horses must be removed from the barns by midnight Saturday night unless arrangements are made.
